Privacy

We don’t run ads. We don’t sell data. We don’t track you across the web.

This is the privacy policy for the site you’re reading. It’s short on purpose. How we handle business data during a paid engagement lives on the Safety page and in the contract we sign with you.

  1. 01

    What this policy covers.

This is the privacy policy for alpineintelligence.co — the marketing site you’re reading right now. It covers what happens when you visit the site or book a consultation through Calendly. If we end up working together on a paid engagement, that work is governed by a separate contract and the commitments on our Safety page.

  2. 02

What we collect when you visit.

When you load a page on this site, we receive the things every web request sends: an IP address, your browser’s user-agent string, and the URL you requested. Our hosting provider, Vercel, retains this in standard server logs for roughly 30 days. We also use Vercel’s cookieless analytics product, which records anonymous, aggregated visit data — page views, approximate country, device type — without setting cookies on your device or tying the visit to a personal identity.

  3. 03

What we collect when you book a call.

Booking a consultation routes through Calendly. The fields you fill in — name, email, sometimes a phone number, and any answers to custom questions — are stored on Calendly’s servers under their privacy policy. We receive a copy of those fields by email when you book so we can prepare for the call. We do not enrich, append, or cross-reference that data against any other source.

  4. 04

How we use what we collect.

We use the data above to (a) run and improve the site, (b) schedule and prepare for calls you book, and (c) follow up on inquiries you send. That’s it. We do not sell your data, share it with advertising networks, or use it to train AI models. We do not run retargeting pixels.

  5. 05

    Subprocessors.

We rely on a small number of third-party services to operate the site and manage prospect data. Each one handles your data only to provide its specific function: Vercel for hosting and cookieless analytics; Calendly for appointment scheduling; Google Workspace for email correspondence; Pipedrive for tracking prospect conversations and follow-ups. We list these because we want you to know exactly where your data lives. We do not use any vendor outside this list for handling site visitor or prospect data.

  6. 06

    Your rights.

You can ask us at any time what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email george@alpineintelligence.co with your request and we’ll respond within 30 days. California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect and the right to delete it. We do not sell personal information, so the CCPA right to opt out of sale does not apply here.

  7. 07

    Cookies and tracking.

We set no first-party tracking cookies. Vercel Analytics is cookieless by design. We do not run advertising pixels or fingerprinting scripts. If you click through to a Calendly link from this site, Calendly may set its own cookies on calendly.com — those are governed by Calendly’s privacy policy, not ours.

  8. 08

    Engagement work.

This policy applies to the public website. Once we’re working together under a paid engagement, your business’s data — CRM contents, credentials, internal documents, and any AI outputs we generate on your behalf — is handled under the contract and Data Processing Agreement we sign at the start of work, and the operating commitments on our Safety page. Those commitments include human review of every output, no training on your data, and least-privilege access.

  9. 09

    Changes to this policy.

We’ll update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page when we make material changes. We don’t track who’s read which version, so if a change matters to you, the only way to be sure is to check the date when you re-visit. Material changes that affect what we collect or how we use it will be flagged in plain language at the top of this page for at least 30 days.
